Sienna is stunningly beautiful, and so are her friends, the in-crowd of posh rich kids at the top of the food chain. I first got this book from the library thinking that it was something to do when i’m really bored And this is largely just high school drama with a soupcon of the supernatural, kept moderately hip through setting and the antics of a cinema freak sidekick who name-drops on demand.

This book was very interesting, it gave me a thought that we can live in harmony with other creatures in our environment, because the vampires were just like human. I found the books very easy to read but they didn’t capture me in the same way that other YA series I’ve bloodlusst recently have. That’s a good sign.
I even had the movie soundtrack, which was one of my favorite albums in 9th grade. And when his old friend Tyler turns up too, and starts to mess with the wrong people, Jason starts to understand that they’re all playing with something much more dangerous than it first seemed.
Jason’s friend from Michigan, Tyler, twitchy and was pretty much the only one with potential but the author likes rapid fire and clean-cut resolution so that didn’t play out like it could have.
